Can you make custom tools?

Yes! I can customise to your choice of colour, theme, charms, beads and texture etc. All you need to do is send me an email and I'll get back to you with a quote. 

Are you neurodivergent? 

Yes. I'm not one to share exactly what I suffer with as I'm a very private person, but I started creating sensory tools for myself when I noticed there was nothing on the market for my needs. 

Will I always get a freebie with my order?

Orders over £20 or/and is a first time order will receive freebies and/or returning customers.

Do you ship to United States?

I will ship to US only when an order exceeds £20/$

Do you ship to Australia?

I do. I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible to avoid putting you off, however I can go so low. However you won’t find cheaper shipping costs to Australia from the UK!

What liquid is inside the floating tools? 

It depends on the tool! If there’s two layers of liquid like a colour and clear, this means I’m using distilled water and vegetable glycerin. If it’s just clear, it will either be distilled water or vegetable glycerin.

Are your products safe for children? 

My sensory tools are mostly aimed at teens, adults and young adults. This is because they are tools and not toys and can pose a serious choking hazard to children. 

I have seen some of your tools for sale on TikTok shop but others only on your website. Why is this?

I of course want to increase traffic to my website so you can see how pretty it is! I take a lot of time on my site and don’t have web designers, so I like for my customers to see it and also the overall brand. The neon colours, the grey alien heads and flowers etc are all a part of my brand that you can’t see on TikTok. Having some items only on the site encourages people to visit it.
