Liquid - 

Silent or ASMR? If you want a silent distraction go with clear oil. This will also ensure slow flowing charms and glitter. If you’re more of a ASMR type, go for distilled water!

3. Distilled Water (When water is used, you can hear the charms and beads inside when the tool is rotated or shaken. Giving you three distinct distractions and offering a multi sensory experience. 

Glitters 

To offer a slight sparkle inside, I’d suggest fairy dust which is very fine glitter. Or you might prefer lots of chunky glitter. All my glitters glow in the dark and are iridescent.

Sequins 

Depending on the overall theme of your tool, you may want glow in the dark sequins inside. This gives a pleasing visual effect in darkness and the sequins fall slowly from the top to bottom. You can choose more than one.
