Messenger Bird Textured Tool

This was the first piece I made that features images. The images are one of a kind, from a very old book of stickers that belonged to my great grandmother. I laminate the stickers and then add them to the art with a resin finish. I believe birds and images of them have the ultimate calming effect and was inspired by the image alone to make the whole tool. 

Visual 👁️ 

This tool features a vibrant image of a messenger bird carrying a letter. Surrounded by glitter and in a deep red field. The back has nature related charms like mushrooms and berries. Great for a nature lover who gets their peace from the outside. 

Touch 🖐️ 

The charms are raised and bumpy. Intensity level is quite low, this is more of a visual stim but still feels satisfying when fidgeted with.
